​How Do I Place An Order?
You can place and order in the "SHOP" section of this webpage by adding items to your cart, and following the prompts at checkout. For custom orders, or special requests, please email torisolis@bluenosetrading.com
Payment and Shipping

All payments are due prior to shipping, and prior to the creation of custom orders.

All items ship for FREE throughout the USA.

International shipping is available with shipping cost at buyer's expense.

Ready to ship items are shipped out same or next day.

Made to order items are typically made and shipped within 1-5 days.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or USPS International.
​Returns & Refunds
Custom orders are non-refundable. Ready made items can be returned, with postage at the buyers expense, for a refund, so long as the item is returned in mint condition.

BIRTH CHART FAQ
What is a birth chart?
Your birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment of your birth. This chart is a blueprint to your life path and your souls purpose. Birth charts are NOT definite. While they can and do point to challenges we each may face (as well as blessings we receive!), they do not hold you stuck in anything you cannot overcome. Ultimately, you will always have the power to shape your reality through your choices. A birth chart is a helpful tool for self-examination and self-exploration. The chart helps us to recognize patterns within ourselves, and also brings us closer in understanding the things which we value and place importance on.

How do you use my birth chart and crystals to make this piece?
What I do is read your chart, and based on where the planets were at the time within the zodiac wheel they suggest certain personality archetypes and/or patterns. I match the archetypal energy to a stone with symbolism that is balancing or helpful to that archetype. My aim is to build you a talisman that reflects your highest potential, to be a tool on your journey of self-improvement.

Can you make a chart without the birth time?
The time of birth sets the orientation of the houses on the sky. I CAN make a chart without the time, but it won't have quiet as much information as it would with the time.

What house system is used to make your charts?
I am using the whole house system in the creation and evaluation of your charts.

All stones and crystals used are authentic.
Jewelry Sizing Details
The length of each piece is measured from clasp to clasp. The exact length of every necklace I make is always listed in the description for each piece. The length given for multi-strand pieces is always for the shortest strand. Please double check your necklace size if your are unsure.

To check your necklace size, place a piece of cord, chain or string around your neck how you would like your necklace to fit. Next, measure the length of the cord in inches.

Most pieces are custom made to order. Unfortunately, some ready made pieces cannot be made smaller, but can be extended with a chain.

Custom Order Ceramics
I am currently not accepting any commissions or custom orders for ceramic artwork.
Pet Portrait Delivery and Rush Orders
Additional fees and charges apply for delivery and rushed orders.

Rush Orders: a $50 rush order fee applies if you need your painting rushed faster than the standard 14 day turnaround.

Delivery: a $50 delivery fee applies if you cannot wait for the priority shipping (which is free with your order), or pick up your painting at my scheduled market events. Delivery is NOT available if you are more than 15 miles outside of Terrell, Texas. This fee applies regardless of how close you live; if you cannot wait or come to me, there is a delivery fee. $5 will be added for every 15 minutes you are late to your scheduled pick up time.
